Welcome to The Second Act Editions. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.
About Us The Second Act Editions is the online sister company to The Second Act Gallery, selling art prints and limited editions by a variety of artists, while the gallery focuses on unqiue works and artists representation.
Orders & Payment All orders require full payment at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Pricing All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are listed based on national and banded international prices.
Intellectual Property All artworks available through The Second Act Editions are the original works of their respective artists. All intellectual property rights remain with the artist. Purchasing a print or edition does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or use images of the artworks for commercial purposes without the express written permission of the artist or The Second Act Gallery.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Print-on-demand orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Returns Print on demand or custom framed works are non returnable however we accept returns on ready to ship items and damaged goods. On all return we ask that you take a photograph and keep this in you records until we have received the returned goods evidencing that the work is not damaged or showing the damaged if the work is being returned due to damaged on receipt.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Second Act Editions & The Second Act shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to orders placed after the date of update.
